  • Digital photos and videos will be delivered within the timeframes specified in each package
  • Photos are delivered via secure online gallery
  • Videos are delivered via secure download link or cloud storage

4.2 Usage Rights

  • Clients receive full personal usage rights for all delivered content
  • We retain the right to use images/videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly declined by the client
  • Commercial use by clients requires separate licensing agreement

4.3 Equipment and Technical Issues

  • While we use professional equipment and backup systems, we are not liable for technical failures that may affect the final product
  • In case of equipment failure, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions

5. Event Coordination and Setup

5.1 Location Requirements

  • Client must ensure legal access to the chosen proposal location
  • Any required permits or permissions are the client’s responsibility
  • Setup locations must be accessible by vehicle for equipment transport

5.2 Weather Considerations

  • Outdoor setups are weather-dependent
  • In case of unsuitable weather, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements
  • We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations beyond our control

5.3 Setup and Breakdown

  • Setup begins 2-3 hours before the scheduled proposal time
  • Breakdown occurs immediately after the event or as agreed
  • Client must ensure the location remains accessible for breakdown

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Information Accuracy

  • Provide accurate contact information and event details
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to plans or requirements
  • Ensure all parties involved are aware of the planned proposal

6.2 Cooperation

  • Participate in pre-event consultations as required
  • Follow guidance provided by our team during setup and execution
  • Respect our team and equipment during service provision

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage not directly caused by our negligence
  • Clients are responsible for the safety of their guests and chosen location

7.2 Insurance

  • We maintain professional liability insurance
  • Clients are advised to check their own insurance coverage for personal events

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Work

  • All creative concepts, designs, and arrangements remain our intellectual property
  • Clients may not reproduce our proprietary designs for commercial purposes

8.2 Client Content

  • Any personal content provided by clients (photos, music, text) remains client property
  • Client grants us license to use such content for service delivery

  • We collect only necessary personal information for service delivery
  • Client data is stored securely and used solely for business purposes
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations
